Answers to what our hub team is asked most — orders, fitment, returns and warranty — plus the how-to guides linked from the footer.
If your question is not here, message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] and we will come back the same working day.
01Orders, delivery and payments
We confirm an order by email or WhatsApp before it ships. In-stock parts reach Bengaluru addresses within 2 hours from the hub; elsewhere courier delivery is 24–72 hours. Pay by UPI, card, net banking or cash on delivery where available.
02Will this part fit my vehicle?
Pick your year–make–model in the header search, or look up your VIN or registration plate. Before ordering, match the OEM part number — variants and trims can change fitment. Unsure? Send us the numbers and we will check them for you.
03Returns, refunds and warranty
Return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Wrong, defective or damaged items are replaced or refunded, including pickup. Refunds land in the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval; manufacturer warranty runs on the brand's terms and we raise the claim with you.
04HOW-TO GUIDES
Short guides for the jobs owners do themselves. Where you need a lift or a specialist tool, book the job at your hub or a partner garage instead.
05How to change engine oil
Warm the engine briefly and park on level ground, then drain the old oil from the sump plug and replace its washer. Change the oil filter, refill with the grade your manual specifies (5W-30 for most of the cars we sell), check for leaks and set the level on the dipstick. Hand the used oil in at your hub — we recycle it.
06How to replace brake pads
With the car lifted and the wheel off, unbolt the caliper and lift out the old pads. Compress the caliper piston, clean the disc and the clips, fit the new pads with the wear sensor on the correct side, and torque the bolts to spec. Bed them in with gentle braking for the first 200–300 km.
07How to install a battery
Disconnect the negative (–) terminal first, then the positive (+): doing it the other way round risks a short. Match the new battery's capacity (Ah) and size, clean the terminals, and tighten them firmly — positive first on the way back. If your car asks for battery registration (BSI), your hub will do it.
08Why is my check engine light on?
The light covers a lot of ground: a loose fuel cap, a failing oxygen sensor, a misfire, bad fuel or a blocked DPF. Do not drive hard on a light that stays on or blinks. Get the fault codes read over OBD at your hub, take the printed report, and we will quote any repair before starting it.
09How to check tyre pressure
Check when the tyres are cold — three hours after a drive, or within 2 km of starting. The correct pressure is on the driver's door sticker or in the manual, usually 30–35 PSI. Refit the valve cap, check monthly, and keep a stepney at pressure; under-inflation costs you both mileage and grip.
10How to clean a chain and sprocket
Put the bike on its centre stand, engine off, and turn the wheel by hand while you apply degreaser. Work the grime out with a brush, let it dry, then run chain lubricant along the inner run. Get excess slack (more than 2–3 cm) adjusted at once, and replace the chain and sprocket as a set around 15,000–20,000 km.
